Talent Management System (TMS)
The Talent Management System (TMS) was developed to help managers to recruit talent and manage their human resources. A secure, web-based application, TMS is designed to streamline processes, improve communication, increase productivity and reduce your costs. There are three modules of the TMS system: the position module, careers module and recruiter module.
