Recruiting Resources
Carnegie Mellon Human Resources has identified numerous recruiting sources to enhance the size, quality and diversity of your applicant pool. In addition, HR has negotiated special discounted advertising rates, saving your department hundreds of dollars in your hiring search. Contact your HR Representative or the Staffing Services group (Ed Hey at x86845 or Bobby Williams at x84463) for additional information or assistance.
Internet Recruiting Sites:
To complement the HR web site, additional internet sites are available to promote your open positions to quickly develop applicant pools.
Print Advertising Resources:
Certain positions can still generate good pools of applicants through print advertising. For this reason we maintain strong working relationships and contract discounts with vendors to assist with placing print recruitment ads.
