Manager support resources include:

• The Talent Management System is a comprehensive online position and applicant management system. Use TMS to create and maintain position descriptions, post open jobs and access resumes.
• If your staffing need is temporary or seasonal in nature, the Temporary Employment Service can find the right person for your needs.
• Partnering for Performance - A Manager's Guide (.pdf) - This manual provides comprehensive information about coaching, performance review, performance improvement, employee development and other issues of performance management.
• HR Solutions & Connections is distributed to all Carnegie Mellon staff and faculty. Published each semester, this newsletter talks about performance and workplace issues, as well as a section that addresses specific issues of a manager's leadership responsibilities.
