HealthySolutions Benefits
HealthySolutions is the approach Carnegie Mellon takes in regards to our benefits. We hope that our benefits offerings can help you choose smart and live well throughout the year. HealthySolutions encompasses three driving priorities in our benefits program: Choice, Control, and Well-being.
Human Resources provides benefits in 6 core areas:
- Health (medical, prescription, dental, vision, EAP, and health care flexible spending accounts)
- Retirement (university provided retirement contributions and employee retirement savings vehicles)
- Tuition (for the employee and eligible children of employees)
- Life Insurance (basic and supplemental insurance and AD&D insurance)
- Disability Insurance (short- and long-term disability, and workers' compensation)
- Lifestyle Support (such as child care, transportation, banking, paid time off, and other benefits)
