Interactive Theatre

Readings and presentations are important sources of learning. However, nothing captures people's attention and engages them in the problem-solving process in quite the same way as witnessing an incident and questioning the participants.

What was he thinking? Why didn't she try this tactic?
Did she think about this aspect? What is he planning to do next?

Interactive Theatre is a unique and innovative program that helps participants to understand the complexity of issues and relationships that can result in workplace and campus challenges.

The Interactive Theatre program allows audience members to view different workplace and campus scenarios dealing with issues such as diversity, sexual harassment and workplace relationships. After the skit has been performed, the actors stay in character allowing participants to ask questions and gain insight into the motives prompting their behavior.
