Login Registration Process
The web site registration process is only required once. Subsequent visits will prompt you to enter your user name and password.

  • enter the Davis Vision Web site and click on “Member Login”
  • click on the “Register” button to bring up the Member Registration screen
  • enter a user name (consisting of a valid e-mail address)
  • create a unique password
  • you can create a password hint and select a security question during registration
  • you may also request automatic password resets, which will be sent to your e-mail address

To access claim forms online or via phone, VBA requires your unqiue member ID, which is included on your member ID card.

Login Process for VBA Non-Members to Locate Providers

  • Enter the site, and click on the orange Login button at the top of the screen.
  • Select Guest from the drop down menu
  • Enter the username:  Client (note - the username is case-sensitive)
  • Enter the password:  vbagroup (note - the password is case-sensitive)
