Eligible benefits

Full-time, benefits-eligible: at least 37.5 hours per week [40 hours for Campus Police Association] or 100% of a full-time schedule in an active appointment of at least 4 months.

Part-time, benefits-eligible: at least 17.5 hours per week or 46.7% of a full-time schedule in an active appointment of at least 4 months.

Non-benefits-eligible: any appointment of less than four months, or less than 17.5 hours per week or 46.7% of a full-time schedule.

Non-Benefits-Eligible Services:
Mandated benefts (Unemployment Compensation, Workers' Compensation, Social Security) and certain Work-Life Benefits

If you change from full-time to part-time, contact the Benefits Office to change your benefit elections.
